The mission of Hoosic Valley Community Church is to reach into Schaghticoke and the surrounding area: teaching people from every walk of life, seeing them baptized in the name of God, and showing them the life of peace and power which comes through faith in Jesus Christ.
This mission is best displayed in our communities, where we daily have the chance of living out the Gospel to those around us.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to see people trust Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. We set out to see lives changed, families restored, and communities strengthened as the good news about Jesus is shared.
Our Vision
Our vision can be accomplished as we see individuals place their faith in Christ. People will see peace, fulfillment, joy, and meaning in their lives. Families will experience unity, healing, and love in their homes. Ultimately our community will be strengthened through acts of service, building relationships, and growing together in Christ.
